About Me

Based in New York City, Jason Johnson has more than ten years of experience in digital photography. His photography has taken on many forms over the years. His work has appeared in local, national, and international media, including the Haitian Times, How Africa, Our Time Press, and other local newspapers. Johnson’s photographs have been published for three consecutive years in the Photographer's Forum Magazine (2013-2015) and have been widely used for book and CD covers. He works in various genres of photography, but specializes in lifestyle, portraiture, wedding, and event photography. He makes it a point to listen carefully to his clients so that he can create images that specifically serve their needs. He is a graduate student in the Master of Professional Studies in Digital Photography program at the prestigious School of Visual Arts. He graduated from the City College of New York with a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Arts/Photography.
